  8. Notice their progress and tell them what you see or hear<\/li>\n
  9. Encourage them in steps it would be good for them to take<\/li>\n
  10. Enjoy them<\/li>\n
  11. Play with them<\/li>\n
  12. Help them recognize their talents and interests<\/li>\n
  13. Be alongside them in developing new skills<\/li>\n
  14. Correct them gently when they are going the wrong direction<\/li>\n
  15. Share common activities or interest together<\/li>\n
  16. Assist their Mom and Dad when appropriate, support them<\/li>\n
  17. Be authentic<\/li>\n
  18. Grow\u2014new learnings, new understandings, new wisdom<\/li>\n
  19. Give warnings, tell of consequences when appropriate<\/li>\n
